Heather Franklin jumps in feet first and is passionate about getting the best results for her clients. At BB&C, she practices law in multiple areas with a primary focus on family law. Fueled with a deep sense of justice since childhood, her drive to advocate for people both in and out of the courtroom is contagious.
Heather believes continually advancing her skills is the key to serving her clients best. “As a lifelong learner, I make it a priority to learn as many different aspects of law that I can,” Heather says. “The more I know, the better service I can provide to others.”
After graduating with a marketing degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2002, Heather worked as an account manager where she excelled at detail-management and honed her communication skills. In 2017, she graduated from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University, also earning an advocacy skills certificate there. During her time in law school, Heather enjoyed digging deep on post-conviction cases at the Wrongful Conviction Clinic. She also served as a clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
Heather and her husband spend most of their time wrangling their three kids and two dogs. Outside of work, she spends time with friends and family, and loves to read, exercise, play sports, and sing karaoke.
